Or, the old Lemieux was just a figment of everybody's hopes and he's been thoroughly and unquestionably exposed between the Rubio loss and what is shaping up to be "the Alcine loss". :good

Alcine is boxing Lemieux from outside, leading with those heavy right hands and then waving the right arm up in the air to get the crowd into it. They're starting to warm up to him. Lemieux ducks in against Alcine and snatches at his trunks until the ref calls for a break. Jabs from Lemieux, blocked. Alcine walks in with crab steps turned sideways, thrusting a stiff jab. Lemieux is backed up by the jab and then takes a right uppercut to the body. BIG right hand by Lemieux! Clinch. Break. Alcine is marching forward with some upper body movement and ducks a 1-2. Left hook to the body by Lemieux. Big right hand by Alcine just misses. He spins the right arm around behind himself and throws it again. Alcine ducks a jab.

Round 7

Alcine is rolling side to side and jabbing the body. Lemieux is remaining outside, cautious. A few low-lunging lead rights or high swatting jab either way. Clinch, Lemieux gets Alcine in a headlock. Slow round. Lemieux circles left, and Alcine pops a 1-2 to the body. High jab by Alcine. Lemieux waves his gloves in front of his face and then pops a jab, missing. Jab, jab, cross by Alcine. Lemieux has a body shot blocked.
