At least this performance should stop all of his bull**** about him beating Mayweather

 

Khan won the fight, if you take out the bad reffing and point deductions. I don't get why people make such a fuss about him as a fighter. There's probably a few adjustments he could make, but a change of trainer is not required. I think there's been a bit of an overreaction here.

A rematch is definitely something that should happen, and it probably should be his next fight.

 

Also look at Maidana he's been wanting a rematch for ages as well

 

Well they are not playing golf in there, Peterson kept holding and near the end of the fight and coming in with his head first yet everytime they held Ref said Khan let him go, also one or two low blows I guess there was nothing wrong with that also?

It was a rough fight in there, yet Khan gets 2 points deducted for pushing that's harsh.

No boxing literate person gave Khan any chance against Mayweather. He had a tough night, big deal. Froch had one against Dirrell and Kessler. Fighters lose. It's no big deal. He's young, has a great future. Good luck to him. No reason he can't go on to do better things than Calzaghe or Hatton.

 

Khan was pushing and he was pulling Petterson's head down. He can't handle pressure fighters he didn't know how to get away from the pressure. Khan needs to work on this big time or else everyone he faces will apply the same tactics. Well done Petterson but I can see Khan winning by a wide UD in a rematch once he sorts out fighting on the inside.

 

I've not seen the fight yet, but I suspect it wouldn't be "bad reffing" if Khan had been the beneficiary. Going on the accounts on here, Khan got warned multiple times and then got a point taken off both times.

Saying he needs a "FINAL WARNING" like a child is a little lame. When he got the first deduction he should have clocked that he needed to stop doing that.

 

It's hardly the end of the world for Khan. Win the rematch and continue along his initial projected path.

 

Khan has to fight Lamont next. He can't hang around at 140lbs but the mayweather fight is dead!!!

 

.It is not the end of the world, he lost the fight by a point and was deducted two points, fighting in his opponents backyard. Peterson raised his game and put on a mighty performance.
