    why???

he refused to give prescott one and he refused to give maidana one

so why should peterson give amir one????

surely khan cant call him a ducker after the prescott and maidana situation??

ps: i hope arum offers peterson mega money to fight bradley again , this would **** khan off bigtime :happy

    Team Khan Official Statement
Firstly, we would like to congratulate Lamont Peterson on his performance against Amir Khan.* Not only has he shown that he is a tremendous fighter inside the ring, but also a great man out of the ring.
Following the decision in the fight, Team Khan and Golden Boy Promotions intends to make inquiries with the District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission, the IBF and the WBA regarding the performance of referee Joseph Cooper and will also be seeking clarification regarding certain ambiguities with respect to the scores of the fight.
We look forward to an immediate rematch with Lamont as confirmed by Lamont and his manager/trainer Barry Hunter.

Khan lost fair and square. It's time he looked at his own shortcomings instead of looking towards offficials as an excuse. You lost Khan. Man the **** up and admit the better man won. Hop back on the wagon and work your way up again, like every other great boxer did. Excuses make you look like a ****.

  5. They're definitely sore losers.

They need to drop this ''Team Khan" bollocks asap, who the **** do they think they are?

He'll get a rematch definitely, Peterson will want the money and will fancy his chances of winning again.

What "ambiguities" are they on about? The official scorecards were put on twitter by the sky sports reporter - There was only one scorecard "change" in the 7th, one had given the round for a 10 for Amir and then changed it to 8 after the point off decision (and obviously changed his mind) - No other score outs or changes. If I find the link ill post it here.

  7. That's an error by the person filling out the master scorecard.

There's no ambiguity there at all, other than "not giving the home fighter the decision".

Well why did he need to give Prescott a rematch? He lost to him. It was strange the way Breidis followed Khan around after that.

And why should he give Maidana a rematch? It was a clear win for Amir. Maidana hasn't done anything to deserve it either.

amir should have fought prescott staright after the defeat , khan said it was a fluke and a 1 off

    well prove it...he didnt

vs maidana it was a close fight that mnay wanted to see again , khans team ran away from a rematch when the argie wanted it

khan wants a rematch but so did prescott and maidana...both never got 1

Prescott had no right to demand a rematch though, he won! I think you're just being a bit of a dick holding that against Khan.

The Maidana fight was only close on the cards, but a clear win for Khan who won eight of the rounds from memory. It would have been goos to see a rematch, but hardly required.

Maidana needed to earn another shot, IMO.

And just to be clear, I am not a Khan fan or apologist.

Just watched it. Just like in the Maidana fight Khan converts me to a fan during the fight, then he opens his mouth afterwards. What a windy *******
