Before the fight most people were confident he would win but now that he's lost it surprising to see a lot of people actually giving Khan credit for toughing it out rather then calling him out for being a fraud as is the norm on here.

Khan needs to work on his footwork, defence and inside game or else brawlers and pressure fighters will always cause him problems although his chin seems ok now.

Blaming the ref only deterred me from cheering him on.

His post fight disbelief was dissapointing to see, he should have atleast gave some credit to Peterson.

His antics were disgusting - I really think his comments after will hurt him. He ran and spoiled for half the fight, he was trying to act tough and then spoiling. He also should have been DQ'd hit punch after the break was one of the most blatant I have ever seen. He looked at the ref and then turned back around and hit Peterson when he had dropped his hands.

Khan threw the fight away, his attitude through it was disgusting. Constantly blaming the ref, looking for low blows etc.

Khan needs to understand that all this movement is not working for him.

Sits down on his punches and he drops fighters in the 1st round.

Run away and he gets nailed.

He said something along the lines of "that there is reason why there hasn't been a major fight in DC for the last 20 years." Btw I had Khan winning.

I like khan but I thought he sucked in this fight in every way possible. The arrogance can work if you are really good. He looked like a guy who could barely fight to save his life in there.

He looked feather fisted, scared, ran all night like he was running from a mugger, unable to fight with someone in his face using pushing as his main defense/offense. Looked very one dimensional and not even that fast.

He's got no business not being anything but humble and he is sorely in need of basic boxing skills training.

Nope, he actually lost a fan in me, he showed no class whatsoever after the fight.

x2 - I always compared Khan to Andy Lee because they both started out at the same time having been in Athens, big things were predicted for both, then they both got their upsets. Then the upsets turned out to be positive except Khan went further than Lee did. But one thing Lee has shown tha Khan seems incapable of is to be gratious in defeat.

Khan really was awful in the post press conference. I felt he was very unreasanoble about the referee as well. He clearly knew what he was being warned for yet insisted on ignoring it time and time again. I thought at the age he is at now and wanting to build his US fan base the worst thing that he could do was to come out with the sh*t talk the way he did.

I think like someone else suggested in an earlier thread, Khan's Chin is NOT ok.

His weak chin is the reason he gets all panicked, fights stupidly and runs when the fighting is up close.. he knows it won't take much to put him out. Nobody is that poor of an inside fighter. When he is up close getting hit, he feels it and knows he can't take much of it. Mayweather or Paquiao would kill him.

Khan has good boxing skills but after tonight, it's kinda hard to root for the guy....he talks alot of stuff but doesn't back it up the way he proclaims...can just ran from the action too much...i think he still thinks his chin is a liability (which it is) and it makes him gun shy. There's a big difference in watching Khan fight "defensively" compared to someone like Mayweather...what Khan did was just running and dodging.

I agree all this macho bull**** was just an act - if his chin was really that good he would not have spoiled when Peterson moved in close he would have traded with him.
