Not so sure about this one.

I would expect Mitchell to pound him early, but I think he could possibly throw himself out after the 5th Round or so (saw evidence of that possibility last night). I could definitely see Adamek piling on late on a fatigued Mitchell.

I think it depends on what happens in the first round. Is Mitchell athletic enough to corner and hurt Adamek, who has a really solid chin? Can Adamek weather the storm and tire Mitchell? I don't think Adamek has the speed or power to do any appreciable damage to Mitchell in the early going, so he'll have to be well-conditioned, and fight an intelligent, patient fight.

For the record, Haye sparks both of these fools. :good

Seth Mitchell looks quite dangerous, and places his punches well aswell as feinting.

Looks very good for his meager experience, I think with time and experience Haye would be the one sparked out.

Mitchell is about the same height, but is obviously packing a far more heavyweight frame. He ain't fat and he is coming in about the same weight as the Klitschkos. He's clearly dangerous, but Ibragimov never got himself near Adamek level in the HW ratings for a reason. He's a solid, steady 15-20 type. Adamek's carrying around years of championship level experience, and despite what some think, the ****er knows what he's doing and he takes advantage of his smaller frame, by compensating with good combination punching, and in and out movement. I have zero idea how Mitchell would deal with him, on a cerebral level. On a physical level, he's certainly right there to do the damage. I really couldn't say, at this point. Based on experience though, I'd have to favour Adamek, even though he'd be on thin ice. He could be skating like a poof figure skater for 12 rounds and still fall through before the final bell. All that, plus Goral's got plenty of wear and tear on him, and we don't even yet know what that silverback gorilla really did to him until we see him fight again. He might be ruined.

    :patsch My bad, my ni99a!

I agree that Admaek knows what he's doing in the ring. His experience, although much of it is at a lower weight, would be telling. I think, though, Mitchell's athleticism and strength would make it really dangerous for Adamek in the early going.

And you bring up a really good point. Being carried for round after round might make your fans feel warm and fuzzy inside, but it can have a lasting effect. Might have been better off getting put to sleep quickly by The Minataur...
