    All sounds a bit weird.

    Do you buy into the stuff about the ref and judges going back for a recount for 20 mins after the scores had been announced?

    the winning khan score was announced wrong. buffer said 114-110 but it was 115-110. How you could score it 9-3 is beyond me though

    you got to ask yourself why the **** did khan fight in the other guys hometown when he brings everything to the table.

    To be honest I really don't know what to believe. It did seem an awful long time to count up, but it does happen. I personally scored it a draw despite the 2 point deduction. A rematch would really sell. I'm a khan fan but am happy for Peterson. He really is a nice likable bloke who u can't help but like.

    I thought that added to the fun of it, Khan celebrating before result, Peterson silent praying for victory and Peterson wins.

    Khan and his team did seem to have an aura of victory about them at one point before the decision was announced, as if they'd heard the whisper he'd got the verdict.

    5 live also stated this.

    One of the official cards had the first round that khan had a point taken the wrong way around. 10-8 khan. Scribbled out and reversed. I suspect they have to make sure what the **** happened before announcing anything.

    Spot on. Khan was the 1 who bought everything to the table and willingly went to a hungry fighters back yard to defense his titles. Uve got to give him credit for that, but in hindsight it was a stupid move. Would he have had 2 points deducted in any other city? I doubt it.

    That's the issue, Rob, Khan only brings TV money to the table. GBP have made losses on the gate ever since Amir went to the US.

    I've actually got it recorded and went back to watch it and ariza comes up to khan and looks like he tells him in his ear 'you've got it' and khan smiles and starts waving his fingers about and saying 'and still'. A little embarrassing is that.

    Yeah, Alex Ariza does whisper something to Khan a few minuites before the announcement and you can see Khan respond as if he's been told it's a posative decision.
    Great fight though, so I'm happy. And well done Lamont:good

    Khan don't shift tickets in the states. It was have the fight before a big crowd in DC or a room full of comps in Vegas. Regardless of whether the points would have been taken somewhere else, he had 2 warnings before the first point and numerous others before the second. Only has himself to blame re: the points.
