What is the reason for some people's dislike of the Klitschkos?

    The real answer is theirs. Why? Because they choose to take the cautious, boring approach to beating guys they could attack and KO much earlier.

    The ko's are uninspiring. The last inspired fight I saw Vitali in was with Lewis... and after that it was with Kirk Johnson. But all others seem to be dreadful to watch from a fan's perspective.

    Tyson makes, even his losses, look exciting. Vitali just does not have the charisma or in the ring persona to be a Tyson. A good, and perhaps, a great champion... but, really, we ALL KNOW that we would spend $50 bucks to see Mike Tyson- even to this day- beat a pitbull with a belt buckle for 20 minutes.

    I think both Klitschkos have more charisma and ring persona than Mike Tyson.

    I don't find rapists who brag about eating their opponents' children to be charismatic. And I don't find boxers who bite their opponents' ears or try to break their opponents arms to have "ring persona".

    Seems you just don't like them for some other reason. Why not just be honest about why?

    The Klitschkos are the best heavyweights of this generation. They are both humble when speaking to the press and fans. They are a true credit to the sport of boxing. Hopefully we can see a few more good matches from them (Seth Mitchell, Diontay Wilder.)

    It's not the most common reason.

    But I suspect it's true for some people, some of the ones who keep saying they are boring.

    Our company accountant is an openly gay white man who absolutely loves black guys but finds white men boring. He has a poster of Muhammed Ali on his office wall. He says a lot of white gay men are very attracted to black dudes and are not into other white men, and a lot of gay Asian men are really into white dudes and don't date other Asian men.
