Edwin Valero would have destroyed mayweather and paquiao if he hadn't commit suicide.

Don't forget that famous mirage, Ike Ibeabuchi! An atg in the minds of some fantasy matchup makers, based on a two fight career!

The only 'what if' about Valero is 'what if his wife had stabbed the classless degenerate little ****?'.

Then at least one of them might be alive.

Valero never impressed me. At least not as anything above being a good/decent fighter.

How is tyson a what if? He was one of the most dominate champions ever in his prime and was the unified / youngest HW champ.

Valero would have lost his zero by now.

He would never have beaten anybody elite.

There's really no "what if" about it, IMO. His mystique was and remains largely hype.

Looking good against Pitalua and DeMarco just didn't convince me of his superhuman abilities - or that his pretty good SFW power had carried up to lightweight - the way it seems to have convinced 90% of boxing fans (AKA the lowest common denominator :D)

Tyrone Everett proved far more as a "what if" in his "loss" to Alfredo Escalera than Edwin Valero ever did.

...and, (and this is ****ed up) the circumstances of his death were actually far less shameful than Valero's. :!:

Valero would of been beaten more than once by now. Chances are that once his aura was broken, fighters would have much greater success.

he killed his wife and kids. last I checked that is ***** status. He was a coward perpetrating as a man. Glad the real men are boxing and he is getting what he deserves.

At this point Valero would be a PPV match up for the top guys. %100 KO ratio sells.
