Count how many punches were actually thrown in the 'fight'. The action in the first two minutes was an embarrassment. It was an exciting fight in the Amir Patterson by all accounts and punches were exchange unlike in the non fight done by Dirrell.

When Froch had him near the ropes, he ran like a girl and even took a huge leap backwards twice whenever Froch got close to him.

There's a lot of truth to it. On several occasions, I heard the announcers say something to the effect of-- "Another three punch combination from Khan"-- and I can recall thinking, yeah and Peterson blocked two of them.

 

That wasn't running on the level that Dirrell did at times in that fight, nor Khan vs Peterson.
That wasn't even really running on that clip. That was more measuring and keeping distance.

 

The whole thing about Peterson being a really good guy who came from nothing to be fighting the World Champion in his own town, in front of his own fans and with the World watching shouldn't affect peoples scorecards or refereeing.

Anyone who looks back will see Khan won the fight.

He must have had a pretty long arm for measuring. Fact is he did that pretty much the whole fight when he was too scared to be ever be in punching range and danced out whenever he had any chance of getting caught. There wasn't once he let himself do anything but 'keeping distance'.

Yeah, it got worse in the fight. Lots of booing too as there was zero action due to him 'keeping his distance'. Fking embarrassment.

BS.....without deductions and fake knowdowns I had it 6-6 first watch, 7-5 peterson second watch....... either way this fight was far too close to cry robbery like a little ****** with khans dick in his mouth. brits are bitter lol. it's not like the judges had peterson winning 177-111! they had very close scorecards which reflected the very close fight they watched, extremely comepetent judging!! when a fight is this close it can go either way and you can't be a whiny little ***** just cause the guy from your country didn't get the nod.


Even the brits at Sky had Peterson winning!!! Peterson's being a warrior and granting a rematch to Khan knowing that if Khan got the nod he would have never rematched Peterson just like Maidana and Prescott (which are both now good options for amir)
