Yeah I watched this fight today again and thought Bradley looked really good, I still think Khan beats Bradley though.
really? Considering Khan's inside game is to 1) get back up or 2) foul or 3) run ... I have no idea how Khan could be able to handle Bradley. Khan has been exposed as having a weak inside game and Bradley, more than anyone at 140, could expolit that.
He's the same fighter he was a year ago when he beat Devon Alexander. And that's a damn sight better than Khan and always will be. It's Khan who, inexplicably, got turned into a beast after beating Judah.
This. Bradley's never shown the weaknesses Khan has, The fact he adapts when going gets tough and fact his inside game is better then Peterson's says it all.
Because Khan looked past Peterson. I think Khan wins the rematch, looking a lot better doing it. I think Khan wouldn't make the same mistake against Bradley. Don't get me wrong Bradley still gives Khan problems on the inside, but I see Khan boxing on the end of his jab all night, using his speed to get in and out and taking a UD. Everyone seems to forget that although he'd been out a while Bradley didn't look that amazing against Casamayor. When Peterson was down, and Nick Hailing was going mad and Khan was supposedly going to blow Peterson away did you believe he was looking past Peterson?. Sorry that excuse is to easy to throw out there. Bradley beat Alexander even after having flu week and half before bout..
When Khan was going to blow Peterson out I believed that he thought it was going to be an easy nights work for him and he would be able to use his speed to blow Peterson out early on before Peterson got going, so yes, in a sense I did/do think Khan had overlooked Peterson. I know what people are saying when they say Khan didn't box off his jab against Maidana as well as Peterson, and they're obviously right, but I don't think he would make the same mistake again. I hope I'm right, maybe I'll be wrong. What I mean is that if he did, he would win, and I believe he will box like that against Peterson in a rematch and against Bradley. Just my opinion.
If Khan thought Peterson used the head a lot, he'd be in for a rude awakening against Bradley! Bradley butts so much they should put a glove on his head.
