I agree that the ref spoiled the plan A of Ward, but as Dirrell and Froch showed everyone in their fight with Abraham was to beat him you have to jab, fight from a distance, etc.

Ward's A plan was to get inside??? Since his fight with Green, Ward fell in love with this way of fighting and I was very disappointed when he said the ref wasnt letting him inside.

Meanwhile, Froch showed versatility in his fights in the S6. He was the brawler vs Kessler, the boxer vs Abraham, the counter puncher vs Johnson.

If Ward try again to go inside, push his opponent in the cable and try to rough him up Ward will loose or one of the fighter will be DQed in an ugly fight.

 

this is why i believe if froch has a chance, it will come in early rounds, if he can not conect and gets frustrated wich he tends to do, well that is when ward will be able to counter at will. no matter how quick or agile you may be, with out the power to scare a bull from crashing you, it might get ugly for ward. it may go eather way. lots of if's in this match up, cant wait to see the result. lets just hope there is no half ass stoppage or DQ.

 

People like to see Froch as the tough brawler and Ward as the slick boxer.

In this equation of course Ward always comes out on top.

But I dont think Ward is as slick has he is made out to be. And I dont think Froch is as much of a brawler as he is made out to be either. Ever since Kessler outtoughed him he has relied on imposing a gamleplan in order to win.

I expect a close fight where Ward is taken by surprise when he realize that Froch is a lot sharper then expected. After that Ward will spoil on the inside and be given the decision.

 

Honestly, I like Froch as a fighter... but Ward is too smart and too quick for him. He stands a punchers chance at best.

this is a coincidence with your avatar, but is this not wat people wher saying regarding khan patterson... he just kept comming and we all now the end result. an agressif boxer is often rewarded. like i said in earlier post froch can take this if he gets to ward early, he cant let ward get comfortible. i still think ward takes it on points.

While Ward is suppose to have all the goods and try to get inside vs Abraham after two defeat (Dirrell and Froch) in which Abraham lost against fighter staying outside is not a little bit weird? He wanted to give Abraham some chance to beat him because he is a great person perhaps?

Ward has far too much skill and talent for Froch who has a good chin but does not have enough boxing brain or ring generalship to win this. Ward by UD 10 times out of 10 for me

 

Look People.. from what I have seen I know... Ward doesn't have 1 punch Knockout Power.. thats a Given..

But this notion that Froch Knows Ward cannot hurt him or knock him out so he is going to walk thru Ward to KO him or hurt him is about the most ******est thing I have heard in a while..

If Carl thinks this he most def has another thing comming.. I swear Andre Knows this and has seen how Carl carries himself and speakabout this very subject..
