If Froch "wins" a close one will he get fair judging?

By the logic, you could say that Kessler barely won a round against Ward, and Kessler beat Froch, so therefore it'll be a shut out.

Unless Froch lands a hayemaker,I dont see anyway he can keep winning rounds against Ward.

All we want is a fair treatment!! Is that too much to expect in boxing these days?

We dont want another like when Kessler went to the US and was headbutted 85 times and messed up his vision.

I like both fighters, but am a bigger fan of the Cobra. I hope he wins, but will be proud of Ward should he win it all.

 Such a ridiculous starting to a premise.

Hey, how about some details on this fight. What are the punchstats like? Are ANY of those scores reflecting any point deductions?

    :think

Froch has to stop Ward as there's no way he's getting a decision.

Well seeing as Ward is from the other side of the country its hardly his back yard

If it was in Cali then Id wonder but Ward has never to my knowledge got a robbery on the cards

Froch will get a fair shake I imagine unless they get shitty judges

so if the fight were to happen in London or Newcastle it wouldn't be in Froch backyard, cause he is from Nottingham right?
How would you describe Wards performance with Bika?he won 120-108,118-110,118-110 according to the judges. So Froch will have to win all 12 rounds to be scored for half of them.
    They will,no worry,the referee too,i expect a shitty job,just like Khan got.

Technically, it isn't. Just as if an American fighter and ref or judge aren't form the same state, or city either.

Rubbish. THis kind of nonesense gets passed around TOO much on ESB.

Comparing the distance from one end of Great Britain to one end of the US to the other is hardly a fair comparison

California to NJ is very probably the distance of several countries

And most of the robberys this yr were from shitty or inexperienced judges

Williams vs Lara had novice judges

the judges in the Helnius vs Chisora fight were judges I have never ever heard of

The Khan fight was in DC Petersens actual hometown and that fight was much much closer than the above and really could have gone either way and I would not have been mad

If good judges are in AC this saturday I expect a good call

Experienced judges, but prone to being bought. Or just aint good. Palomo at the least got some weird cards.

    exactly

if the judges are experienced and have consistently good cards we will get a fair call

no matter where the fight is if there are bad judges your gonna get a bad call

Well, its not quite the same thing.
Nottingham is about 150 miles from London or Newcastle.

Oakland is about 3000 miles from AC.

It'd be more like some one from Scotland fighting in London.

If you've been to America, you'd know that there isnt that same closeness between people from different parts of the country that is in european countries.

Im guessing there'll be far more British fans at the fight than fans from Cali.
