Commisions cant force people to give rematches and ****, they've nothing to do with titles. The WBC made their decision ages ago and made it a technical draw.
The ppv numbers were dramatic already I think, nobody cares about the rematch except maybe some boxing fans, im sure as hell not going to be staying up all night for that one.
The fight should have never been on PPV to begin with ,The belt should not have been awarded back to Hopkins ,If there is no rematch ,then strip Hopkins and let Dawson Pascal 2 be for the WBC Lt Heavyweight title !
Right after the Pascal rematch majority of ESB was saying that Hopkins will duck Dawson. If HBO accepts this fight we will get it. Why ?
Why not ? Hopkins should have been made to provide proof of the injury like someone stated in another thread .
Should've left the original result alone just to **** off Hopkins. Would've taught him a lesson but now he's going to continue to do BS like this anytime he can.
atsch Did you watch the fight? He lifted him on his shoulder powerbombed him down. Was like a move the undertaker used to do. Im surprised Hopkins will ever be able to fight again. To much heart and love for the sport, even at his age.
