Dawson v Hopkins result over turned

I agree with the decision, it's the only right one when they can't prove he faked it.

But I do believe he faked it, like so many times before... claiming lowblows, rabbitpunches etc.

 

Yep! I agree! He lost the first round, was losing the second, Dawson was bigger, stronger, hit harder and imo was gonna beat him quite easily! I think hopkins was shocked how big and strong Dawson was and looked for a way out.

Hopkins style is just terrible. He as a fighter is terrible. He cheats every chance he gets, and finally was on the otherside of the stick this time. It's funny how Schaffers first response was No Rematch With Dawson. Lmao. Coward. I will never watch another Bhop fight unless Ward is ending his old ass career.

Im also sick of hearing Schafer talk about how the public has no interets in a rematch ..Maybe he should guage the outrage by boxing fans before he sticks his foot in his mouth ! Yeah the PPV was a flop but it was always going to be ..I mean what they didn't learn from the Calzaghe fight that wasn't on PPV and Joe was much more of a star than Chad but they did teh right thing in putting it on HBO !! Come on man the commission took 5 months for this crap?...a dislocated shoulder looks like a sharkfin, NOT like MY shoulder which is perfectly normal...U guys arent real boxing fans to take one guy and dikride him even when he does hoe **** like this...I turned on bhop like it was nothing after he did what he did and now he is talking about fighting Bute...how can u steal Ward's food?...Bute is for Ward, yet u dont wanna fight Ward...so that Means Ward has to fight a washed up damaged Bute cuz u decided to poke ur nose in his buisness and mess up his money and this whole supersix turney was all for Ward and Bute...Bhop acts like Dawson dont even exist and u wanna actually allow people to KNOW u feel this way?...If I felt the way u felt, I wouldnt even tell anyone..I would keep that **** to myself

 

I may sound corrupt but that still was a bad decision. Hopkins deserved to get thrown to the ground for PRESSING DOWN ON DAWSON'S NECK anyways. Dawson should've kicked him afterwards. It's easy to be neutral about that fight if you didn't pay $60 for it albeit that fight never should've been a PPV in the first place. If Hopkins was such a gangsta he would've got up and fought Dawson for throwing him on the ground but instead he cried. He shouldn't be awarded for taking the ***** way out.

Why cuz he taps ya with his head once in a while?...Bhop's whole style is based on dirty fighting...bhop is a basic taught fighter...nothing more...he learned how to box in jail when he used to toss booty...yea he REALLY used to toss booty foreal

 

Ward proabably is as dirty but I've never seen him ***** out like Hopkins does. The most Ward did was complain about headbutts from Bika(the irony.....) but he fought him back and won. Never did he roll around on the floor like a pig in mud trying to milk fouls that he ironically would commit like Hopkins does.

 

I never see Ward turning fighters around so the ref can't see and punching them in the balls or rolling on the ground from a low blow that wasn't even low or crying foul to catch.a breather. All I see is Ward kicking ass and being agressive.

 

That's what the reff is for. Dawson should have been wise and taken any complaints to the reff instead of trying to take matters into his own hands, this is boxing not street fighting. As for taking the ***** way out.. The man is 46 years old and u want him to lose that bad even if it means fighting with one arm??. For the record Bernard never quit, the Doctor asked him if he could continue and Hopkins replied "With one arm, YES".. At that point the Doc called it off.

My point is they both have the reputation for being dirty.. Personally I don't think either are. They're both intelligent and crafty defensive fighters.

 

Biased...Bhop will admit to being dirty...he's dirty on purpous...His whole gameplan is dirty fighting...dont compare ward to that trash
