it's a bone fissure; Bute says he's going to Canada to take his exams (for citizenship) says his hand isn't swollen anymore but he'll soon start treatment.

i knew the same stuf, 17-18 pounds over while here was the norm; but if it worries him then it might be trouble; hope Larouche manages to keep him at 168

 

He need to stay at 168 for at least one more year becuase if he move now to 175 lbs he would have lost at least 2 years

I asked the question on Interbox site and they told me Bute's hand was fine. It was not fractured, just swollened.

I guess that you guys are right: the Romanian press is worth near nothing.

 

at the same time, is there any chance that it might be as in hockey or other sports? What I mean is often enough, they dont go public with injuries and details about them (except on occasion, when they have to pull out of fight for example).

I dont want to answer for Badlok, but I think the same than what I think he meant.

Bute is very fond of his IBF bets, but yes I think too that if he move up right now he would have "lost" his time.

I'm not saying he didnt made any important fights in the last two years. But Hopkins, Pascal and Dawson are bigger names and better fighters than Magee, Miranda, Brinkley and Mendy.
