Cringeworthy stuff from Khan. He could accept that Peterson was the better man on the night, and look at where he went wrong (lack of inside game and inability to overcome Petersons style within the rules).

It was a brilliant fight, and although Ive always thought Khan came across as a bit of an arrogant **** in interviews, through some of his close fights (Maidana and Peterson) he won my respect inside the ring. Khan you should learn from this, youre pretty much guananteed a rematch, give Peterson the credit he deserves and work on your inside game. If he keeps bitching like he has in every single post fight interview (blaming everyone but himself) he could talk himself out of a rematch...and if Peterson sees the **** hes been spewing since, he may well tell Khan to **** away off, tbf after seeing some of the **** Khans been spouting, I wouldnt give him the rematch....Khan certainly wouldnt give a rematch if the roles were reversed.

but peterson should be allowed to execute his illegal tactics of putting his head low to avoid punches, and lunging in from an illegally low crouching stance and putting his head on Khans chest? if the ref wants to play by the rules so strictly do it for both fighters.

I though the deductions were unfair but to try and get the verdict overturned is ridiculous. It would set an awful precedent.

If the state of D.C want more big fights in their state in the future they might have to turn the decision.

No worries, I'll have a look, I remember Peterson going in lowish, but not below waistline. It was however around 5 in the morning.

I love all this "DC won't ever see boxing again" rubbish from Team Khan and their fans.

if you are not bending below the waist its not illegal

having your head in someones chest is not illegal

  13. How many times did he warn Khan before deducting the first point?

How many times did he warn Peterson?

Why? Even you admitted that what Khan was doing was illegal, your only defense so far has been that point deductions don't happen often for it. That doesn't make it legal though.

Peterson won, get over it and look forward to the rematch.

What about Vegas? Marquez was more hard done by than Khan, shall we stop having boxing there?

Before the fight - "Im loving DC, great place, great people, delighted to be here etc"

After fight - "shouldnt have come to DC, thats why they dont have big fights here"

    WANKER ALERT
