Bute must first fight at least some A level fighters before he can challenge A++ level fighters. It's good that Ward and Froch say they will never fight Bute as I feel revenged.
I am grateful to them because they overlook the financial and recognition part of this fight. They do pure justice overlooking that pikey, the money he brings and that FBI belt of his, or whatever. That Albanian taxi-driver should not have the honor of fighting the S6 finalists. Ward has fought Kessler, Abraham, Bika, Green, Miranda and Froch fought Kessler, Pascal, Dirrell, Abraham. Who has Bute fought? No one!

He's preaching the same bull**** everywhere.
    BattlingNelson on the scene:
"There are many ways of avoiding.

Bute avoided Pascal by stating that he didn't want to leave the division after which he tried to set up a fight with Danny Green who's a cruiserweight.

Bute avoided Kessler by saying that "...there are other champions".

Bute avoided Sartison, Kessler, Pavlik by offering laughable money and initially Johnson as well."

    Very familiar , huh?

If Ward wins, he should go after Bute immediately. If Froch wins, he should try to avenge his loss against Kessler first. Then the winner of Kessler-Froch goes after Bute.

If Froch waits for Kessler, it'll take 9 months. Kessler fights Steiglitz in April. He has time to fight Bute meanwhile. After that, he'll have 2 losses to avenge. :D

If Ward wins he should go after Bute immediately - Agree
If Froch wins, he should try to avenge his loss against Kessler first - Wouldn't that leave enough time for a Ward vs. Bute?

So Ward should fight Bute no matter what. Am I correct?

bute doesnt deserve a free pass.
why do you want ward to 'go after' someone who hasnt earned his shot at the title and hasn't beaten enough top guys anyway?

If Ward loses? No. He should go after 2 top 10 ranked fighters and figure out if he fixed whatever kink Froch exploited. Then try his damndest to get the winner of the Bute super fight. (Hopefully Froch so its a vengance fight to boot)

For money and recognition. Bute brings both.
Please give me a logical reason for why he shouldn't. From a prize-fighter point of view.

Bute is a known name and Champion. Opinions vary across the board on his worthiness, but his being a Champ and a recognized big time player in the division is fact.

So Ward should go after people who are more deserving to fight him after the super 6 ? Like who ? If he overlooks money and the belt, thats fine. But if Ward overlooks Bute because "he doesn't deserve a shot yet", when tons of people consider Bute one of the best, then it's bull**** and that makes Ward a *****. If Bute is such an easy fight and hasn't proven himself, take the fight and expose him. Its that simple.

Who cares? Bute has more fans than both these guys combined and is a much more exciting boxer. He doesn't need to earn anything. If Showtime can't provide him with the S6 winner than HBO is very interested in getting Bute. Ward especially has very few fans and his fighting style doesn't help him either. Clinching non-stop is bad for your fan base.
