    what happen to:

Mosley-pacquiao - excuse showtime doesn't know how to count

Mayweather-Ortiz - excuse Mayweather's pending lawsuits make it unideal to relase the numbers:nut

Well they did officially release the Mayweather/Ortiz ones, but it wasn't by HBO. Somebody called up to HBO and asked about the numbers though and they confirmed them

I'd also be curious to see if there's an article or something online about this confirmation.

I read a report a couple weeks ago that all 3 of those fights were somewhere in the area of ELEVENTY BILLION VIEWS!!!!!:shock::shock:

Who cares? Why are fans so obsessed with PPV views? Do I care how many people watched the NBA Finals or the Superbowl last year?

All I know is I watched those fights, and most people on this board did as well. And I'm sure the gates were either sold out or close to it.

    Thank you.

I cant see why these people actually care.

    It means nothing.

All i want to see is a good fight between equally matched opponents

Pac-Mosley: 1.3 million until somebody credible says different
Money-Ortiz: 1.25 million until somebody credible says different
Pac-JMM: 1.4-1.5 million, final count should come out soon (though probably from Bob Arum and not HBO, so we'll still be in the same boat as the other two)

The main bullet point here is all 3 fights generated veritable shitloads of money. The Mayweather fight had lower sales numbers but bear in mind the price of the fight was higher than the other two by $5-10 depending on your provider.
