Have any of you had a bet on the Ward/Froch fight?

no but i've just seen that froch is 66/1 to win in rounds 10/11/12. (inside one of those not all 3)

 

If I didn't have less money than duncan goodhews barber I would be taking the 9/2 on a Froch win.

Payday is 21st. *******s. I would have staked at least a 1'er maybe 2.

Still I'll probably enjoy the fight more with no bet on.

 

I will have Ward to win outright with £300

I actually think if Froch does get the stoppage it will be earlier rather than later.

 

I'm staying away from wagering on this.

I think Ward wins, he'll make better adjustments. But i wouldn't be surprised if Frochy pulled a rabbit out of the hat. He's deceptive, he off sets some fighters and his boxing ability is somewhat underrated too. He has a pretty good jab and he can box at range. I think he has certain intangibles that can help him a lot here. Still won't be enough though.

There's not much value in Ward anyway. Plus i'm not a big gambler.

 

I really really think that Ward is going to have big problems with Froch's jab and also have trouble with his own timing.

Ward is good enough to make ajustments but I think he will still struggle with Froch. Time will tell.

This is a tough fight to bet on, prob gonna stay clear of it.

Dirrel was 9/2 to beat Froch on points when they fought, Ward is now a horrible 4/7.
If im honest, i see value in 17/2 Ward inside the distance

 

I would be all over the 11/4 if I had more than a couple magic beans.

Really think he is going to pull this off and I don't have the same nagging feeling in my head as I did with the Haye fight.

I lost £200 on Haye so hopefully Carl will win now I haven't backed him.

We are certainly due a result!!!
