Khan - By two points. He blew one or two rounds though.

114-111 Khan, but I can see 113-112 Khan.

A Peterson win? Nah, didn't do enough.

    Of course he did !!

A fat referee would have jumped all over Peterson as soon as some punches landed. To "save" him.

    British refing is the worst.

So you think Peterson wanted a referee who would look after him and deduct points off of Khan in DC then .
That ref wasnt good now, was he

Khan deserved some points off - after about 60 warnings (including point warnings that hbo missed), punches on the break and all those headlocks and he was given a bogus knockdown call anyway so it was no real issue.

Khan lost and his incessant crying on tv and radio is emabrrassing.

All that aside - the ref situations in the UK is worst than ever, that damn tyson fury fight - another joke, the fighter could easily continue and fury even wanted him too LOL

those british refs and their "stoppages"

    Round 1 - 10-8 Khan
    Round 2 - 10-9 Khan
    Round 3 - 9-10 Peterson (close round)
    Round 4 - 9-10 Peterson
    Round 5 - 10-9 Khan
    Round 6 - 10-9 Khan (close round)
    Round 7 - 9-10 Peterson (Khan -1 point deduction)
    Round 8 - 9-10 Peterson
    Round 9 - 10-9 Khan (close round)
    Round10 - 10-9 Khan
    Round11 - 9-10 Peterson
    Round12 - 10-9 Khan - (Khan -1 point deduction)

    113-112 Khan

Close fight could easily have gone either way. Felt the deductions while a bit over zealous were given with plenty of warning.

Khan once again showed his lack of ring intelligence, he all to often just stood in front of Peterson and allowed him to tee off on him when he should have been tying him up or fighting back.

He cannot transition from offence to defence effectively which makes him predictable and allowed Peterson to time his attacks when he knew Khan was in his defensive shell. Khan can't counter punch at all and against aggressive fighters that will always cost him.

113-112 for Khan EVEN he had 2 points decocted. If it wasn't for the referee, we would be over with this and Peterson would had 2 losses, but because D.C is f*cking sh!t, he holds 2 belts. Peterson is a nice guy, not his fault.

Have to agree with Laz here, there was a lot of extremely close rounds though, aggression wins these days

    113-112 Peterson.

Felt the second deduction was harsh. The first was spot on. After a zillion warnings, you take a point. To keep telling Khan not to do something as he keeps doing it would actually be bad reffing.

If you were gonna take a point again, though, the 12th, and after a sort of half shove was a bad time. Thought that point deduction was wrong. Should have happened after a worse, more clear foul, or earlier. Khan fought the 12th relatively clean, even as he fought a terribly dirty fight for the other 11.

All the same, that was a horrid call on the knockdown. So it evens out.

I thought they split 4 rounds a piece in the first 8. Thought Petersons 3rd and 4th were massive for him.

I gave then gave him the 10th and 11th.

Close fight, but Peterson landed the harder shots, pressed the action, and had Khan in full retreat. There is plenty of reasons for a person to score the fight for him, whether you agree or not.

And I'd pick him to win a rematch no matter where it was fought so long as he fought a smart fight. Khan had no clue what to do when he was being attacked.
