teach them tumble turns then ffs

i still dont think they get the best out of swimming

I agree that swimming is 15 million times better than running etc for boxing training (especially given that u can do a 2 hour session and be recovered in a few hours)

but from the training videos I've seen they dont get the best out of it, primarily because they dont do the things like proper racing turns or technique which make a huge difference to the conditioning required - and it really does make huge a difference

they need to be doing test sets of like 12x200m and aiming to get those times down

but i mean at least they are better at it than when ricky hatton tried swimming :rofl

    V. Klitschko looked leaner against Adamek.

Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not the gym.

This sounds very good. Wlad have to rethink his feeding because kidney stones are the result of false feeding, maybe less drinking.

To much grilled meat, too much protein and so on. But i think he will work it out with the Prof. in germany. It is important to find out from which the stone was.

To have kidney stones is not to be in good shape.

Yeah it's CHEF's bbq chicken that keeps the brothers in shape, not the vast amounts of PEDs they both consume on a daily basis.
