    I go with Froch.. I know this boat will sink tomorrow But I will go down with him. it was Good ride Froch. Froch is a Warrior.

    A normal healthy male should look like ward, unfortunately a lot of people look like that only with 10% more bodyfat.
    Froch has sick lats by the way, they both are ready, hopefully its a good fight tomorrow.

    You're an idiot if you think that. Ward is good but he's not that good. I don't think anyone would be able to shut Froch out for an entire fight, not even a prime Roy Jones Jr.

    Froch is very tough, very smart, and technically very proficient.
