Thanks, IntentionalButt:good Enjoy reading your Round by Rounds too. And thanks for that tip to Hook on the vCash (been driving me nuts YET never occured to me Search, :tired ugh us young 'uns!)
Jebus:verysad 'Tis not looking good. From what I can glean here, seems like Ward is in the template of Hopkins - a 'stifler' who doesn't mind resorting to some Casamayors.
Man, you should be a poker player or a trader. Gimme some of that stone cold heart!

Stone cold heart, my ass! I don't gamble. Look at my vCash. It's bottomed out at zero now because the 75 I had was put on Ward by UD. I would've won big on Lebedev vs Huck, but he and I got jobbed by Sauerland. ****ing nazis. I lost a lot on something else too, but I've blocked that from my mind. That's where my stone cold heart comes from, learning the hard way with vCash! Those vBookies are vicious!

what rounds do you roughly think froch will win?

I am thinking more 8-4 7-5 ward with froch winning the occasional round due to aggression maybe.

Froch is a tough, gritty fighter, but Ward got more versatility in his ability.

I'm just psyched that I get to watch this live. I thought it was going to be a PPV event.

    My thoughts in general are:

Froch is a winner (except for Kessler) which was basically a draw. He is strong, smart and has a very serious will. But Kessler, their only mutual opponent, was flat out smoked by Ward - like they were in different leagues. But, ask Pavlik about this when he and Hopkins' mutual opponent was Jermaine Taylor.

As I see it they both have very strong wills. So what about the tools they are bringing in? Quickness - maybe Ward has the advantage here. But, Dirrell was quicker than Froch and while Froch maybe landed five actual punches in that fight (which also was basically a draw) he did somehow keep Dirrel from using him like a speed bag.

Might get ugly. I'm tentively picking Ward. This is boxing.

Ward to win. But I hope the underdog makes it interesting.
