only possibility for Ward to stop Froch is a clash of heads that opens up a cut that the ref overlooks.

other than that Ward hasnt got the power to knockdown froch, he can only charge froch and push him back against the ropes, I really do believe Froch is going to be a big wakeup call for ward, Froch is delusional yes but he has fought the best over and over whilst Ward headbutted Kessler and didnt handle Abraham as easily as froch.

Froch is going to hurt Ward in this fight guarenteed, its just a question of whether Ward goes down or clinches

Ward is not KOing guys around, but he's no Malignaggi. I'd also say that his punching technique is much better than a good boxer like Tim Bradley. His punches were crisp enough to keep Kessler at bay in their first fight. I'd compare Ward's punches to Mayweather's. He's trowing to score most of the times, but he's punching with authority. He can KO Froch by accumulation of punches, but it is more than unlikely.

 

Ward is an elite, undefeated world champion... and Froch believe it or not is human. A KO win for Ward isn't the most likely of outcomes but I'd say it's favourable over a Froch points victory. By the way i'm pulling for Froch but i'm a realist. Ward by U.D

Froch has a pretty solid beard, and I am not sure Ward hits hard enough to KO him with one shot. A cumulative effect KO is possible, but I suspect this fight goes the distance.

 

I really dont think Ward can knock out Froch.He is not known for being a KO puncher,and Froch can take some bombs.He could be caught by a flush punch,right on the button,but i think he would get up as fast as he went down...Accumulation punches?i can´t see it happen..The only way for Ward to stop froch is either from cuts or if the referee mostly unthinkeble would stop Froch from further punihment should froch be halfblinded by cuts and trapped in the corner and overwhelmed with punches...Witch i really can´t think is going to happen either...So only cuts to be as accurate as i can.

 

that is correct but there are odds for that, I say in this fight there is a 1/25 chance froch gets KO'd. Froch knows pretty well the level of his opponent in this fight so I think he would be at his best

 

anything could happen..To answer your question, yes he could KO him because anything could happen, but being realistic, if Ward was to win it would be by UD...I dont think Ward will KO him IMO.

None whatsoever. Ward isn't that kind of puncher. Although if he can hit Froch often and cleanly he may get a TKO. Either way Ward by a wide UD. Froch's a stud but his boxing acumen is zilch.

I was pretty surprised that Ward couldn't T/KO Green. If this was a few years ago and Froch was the same guy that fought Mcgee, Ward would have had a better chance to stop Froch then.

I do think that Ward can stun Froch though.
