    Froch looks drawn too fine for that weight. Think it'll bolster his confidence seeing how shredded he looks in the mirror. But gritty as he is, think it'll take a toll in the championship rounds. Ward by SD.

    Because Froch is proud 'n always wants payback 'n to bully his opponents, it may work against him -- trying extra hard -- with a savvy boxer like Ward, 'n have less in the tank down the home stretch.

    Actually would have thought that strong lats would be a good sign, throw a punch in the mirror and you see its your lats that flex the most.

    I remember when i started hitting the bag when i was younger9bought myself a punch bag when I was about 15) and the one thing I noticed developing from hitting it every day was my lats.

    Maybe thats just me.
