Showtime's official site says they broadcast from 9 to 10:30.

I was referring to him saying "I believe they're airing Brook-Galarza as well as the Super Six final" - which is unlikely.

-Though that's the one other fight I wouldn't mind seeing.

2.5 hours is a LOT of time.

It would be absolutely shocking if they didn't add a co-feature to a 150 minute slot.

Soup to nuts, a 12-round championship haul takes up no more than an hour. 12x3 = 36", plus the eleven minutes between rounds (47) and up to five minutes afterward to add up and announce scores (52), plus about ten minutes for ring walks and pageantry (62) - a bit more if there are anthems (maybe 70-75).

75 minutes is only half the broadcast. They're not going to fill up another hour and fifteen minutes with talking heads. A 10 round co-feature takes in the neighborhood of 45-50 minutes assuming it goes the distance.

So Ward vs. Froch & Brook vs Galarza - both going the full stretch - still leaves about half an hour of leftover chit-chat time for the 9-11:30 time slot.

OK, first matches took place Oct. 7, 2009....not sure when it was announced and we learned of it, guessing atleast 3-4 months before that.

2 years, 2 months, and 10 days since the first fights....and now only a couple hours til we know who's gonna be the Classic's Champion. :good

    Damn son, all in?

I have Ward too, gettin' ready to get into the V-section and throw down some (I'm generally conservative though..:p).

I have a feeling Ward will even stop Froch. Ward is gonna be so much more fast and accurate, IMO of course, that most people are gonna **** when they see this thing...:deal
