Very dignified of Froch - would be good to see a rematch somewhere along the line Froch still can make some big money fights and ward can only go from strength to strength
totally different situations. Khan Peterson was close and featured 2 points being taken away controversially. Of course Khan is going to be furious about it. (i agreed with the points being taken away btw, and had khan-peterson a draw)
I'm sure if Froch had been in Khan's scenario he wouldn't have been very dignified about the loss as he shouldn't. Khan beat Peterson even with the point deductions. Was very poor from the ref.
He did show class. How childish was Khan talking about Kell Brook as well? The guy has zero class and even less dignity
Froch fought his opponent on the inside and didn't shove, pull Ward's head down, or run around the ring hysterically when Ward forced inside fighting. That's why he wasn't in Khan's scenario.
You are a mug. two completwly different situations. You could see Froch as someone who would find anything to make excuses about but he was so thoroughly ****ed he couldnt say ****.. Amir Khan has been very generous and nice to carl froch. Froch has been taking digs at amir ever since Khan turned pro. When he got KOed froch said its over for amir. When amir won a world title, he said Amir Khan is boring. When he lost last week, Froch said the judge was absolutely brilliant and that Khan shouldnt even rematch petwrson again as he was convincingly beaten.. yet after all this Amir said, Carl froch fought well and he was proud of him..
Very childish the things he said about Carl Froch after the fight as well. "He did Britain proud." "He lost to one of the best fighters in the world" BUT you would never mention that will you? Kell Brook talks much more smack about Khan than Khan does about Brook. But that would go unoticed aswell. *****.
Oh shut up. Froch just lost almost every minute of every round against the far better man. He's got no choice but to show dignity. Khan, on the other hand, had his two titles ripped away in a high controversial fight where the referee very harshly took a point away that resulted a complete shift in the decision. The two are completely different scenarios. But, if you're gonna' choose to compare anything, why not go back to Froch's attitude after he clearly lost to Kessler? What about his moaning and whinging then? Even threatening to pull out of the Super Six if he wasn't going to be allowed to fight in Nottingham the fight after. Was that dignified to you, too?
It's so funny that you get so hurt and angry about someone saying negative things about a guy you don't know, and who does not even know you exist. Its like he's bad mouthing your brother or best friend or something.
Yeah, ignore his comments about how we should all still be proud of Froch, and that he's got nothing to be ashamed of losing to a very talented fighter.
totally agree with the original poster. froch had to take the fight from ward from round 1 and he never but at least he never ran and cried robbery, peterson beat khan fair and square in my opinion, even before the point deductions and khan should've accepted that like a man. fair play to both fighters tonight, ward boxed well and was very hard to beat as always.
