    I wouldn't categorize that as "slick" anything. He just bullied Froch along the ropes most of the night and neither guy did much when they were that close. Just a lot of clinching and not much else.

    He aint my favorite fighter and i dont find him very exciting but you cant deny the mans skills. They are grade A.

    Ward is a great fighter with alot of talent But he has an ugly style.. Not very fan friendly!

    I can see why some people don't appreciate that style to be fair and I wont say "you ain't a fan of boxing". I personally like watching him fight, not my favourite but he's nt exactly a Ruiz

    You usually get this kind of fight when you put to World class fighters together. Ward could have easily boxed circles around Froch all night but he bullied the bully. Entertaining to me.

    You have to see the beauty in what he's actually doing in there:

    He is boxing from outside, then switched to in fighting and mixes some rough housing tactics in there all without being hit. **** he even switched SouthPaw for a bit. All around skill.

    Ward is clearly the best SMW in the world.

    Ward is really slick, but also really boring. Ward was not that dirty tonight, I guess he didn’t need to.

    Those who like Ward cant dislike Hopkins or Ottke.

    this was his most exciting performance. took more chances than ever and looked great. i usually find him awful to watch, tonight it was a pleasure watching his masterclass. he beats froch 10/10 anywhere
