Every one of his points has gaping holes in it

1. He wasn't the Ref, and again just because one person agrees with you it doesn't make you right. Himmler agreed with Hitler.

2. Probably true, but it doesn't change the fact he wants none of Kell, for whatever reason. Most likely reason being he's a childish man, and doesn't want to go anything to Kell or Matchroom (in Khan's eyes).
