Well, back to bustin' rocks for Wolak.

Beaten for the 2nd time by a blown up Jr Welter.

    Good riddance!

That was a pretty serious KO.

I guess Green lost a tooth and had a broken jaw after that fight.

Wlodarczyk was losing on all cards until the stoppage so it is good for him he ended it the way he did. You can never count a guy like him out, with a punch like him.

I could never really get excited for him, though. Every time I watch him fight I get so frustrated with his inactivity. He could do some damage with those hands but so often refuses to open up.

I didn't have a good feeling going into this fight. Can't say I am surprised.

But lets face it. Every body knew Wolak wasn't a world beater, but not an easy fight for anybody.

Constant pressure, constant in your face style, no quit in him. Great style that made for exciting fights. Not to mention he is a great individual as well, which nobody claimed he was.

To say good riddance to a credit to boxing like him is cheap. Even if he isn't top level.

Wolak is a real warrior. Its a shame we won't see him fight again, but then again never say never...

Fonfara picked up another win last night in Chicago, making easy work of another over matched can. Fonfara's skills look impressive but he needs to step up the competition.

Karol is fighting tonight, although I don't think he will win.

Huge step up for Fonfara. I'm not at all sold on Cleverly. I think he's horrendously overrated. However, Fonfara's competition haven't exactly been world beaters. Hopefully Fonfara can step up and put Cleverly down. Fonfara's definitely got big pop in his hands and Cleverly got hurt by the feather-fisted Kuziemski, so I can see Fonfara hurting him bad.

yea...Fonfara has scored another impresive KO last night against phill williams...he is doing a great job since he moved to light heavy.
He has more than enough power to ko any light heavy, but his chin and quickness is quite an issue.

I'm not sure about any chin problems. He's changed and grown a lot, he looks really comfortable at 175 too, but then again no one has tested it of late. He's facing weak competition here in Chicago (and his one fight on the Adamek undercard) but he's absolutely smashing them too.

    update

Not much development from this bunch.

Joey is 6(2)-0 but seems overweight, not sure how serious he is about his training, still only 21

Zimnoch is 9(7)-0-1 now 28 yrs old, probably not too much potential

Kownacki 4(4)-0 Has been out of actin with an arm injury, reported to be sparring recently with one of the Klits, should be fighting again soon, 23 yrs old
