This is what we have always said, some people do not get it.
Even Pacquiao dodging Mayweather to fight Clottey, some people still do not get it.
You also need to ask why Clottey was paid money for 'a job well done',the job was not to beat this fake persona Pacquiao.

Martinez just trying to stay relevant. He won't be much longer if he continues fighting the euro-level guys he's been facing. Guy already has a date for March, but no opponent. He won't commit to anything. If he wants Cotto, Pac or Floyd he should've been back at 154 his last two fights.

Instead he stays at MW calling out these smaller guys and acting like a fraud avoiding the best MWs to chase an average fighter in JCC Jr. He really should've been calling out Ward today, that's the biggest fight for him now.

STFU Pacquiao fought a 38 year old Lightweight so why Martinez cant fight a Weltertweight?

A guy he had a history with. Pac wouldn't have fought him otherwise. Pac already took care of the best in his division (besides the Mayweather fight which they've been trying to make since 09), something Martinez has not done to call out these smaller guys, some of them he called no-hopers when Pac fought them. Martinez is quickly becoming a joke

Would PBF beat Pac? Probably. That being said, anyone who says pacquiao sucks or is overrated is a ******. Pacman is a very unique and special fighter, and there is a reason Floyd hasnt fought him.

Martinez should call out guys his own size also.

    Julio Cesar Chavez Sr :

MANILA, Philippines – Legendary Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. said Juan Manuel Marquez succeeded in breaking the Manny Pacquiao “myth.”
"Marquez showed that he is better than Pacquiao,” said Chavez in ***********.com. “He [Pacquiao] is not invincible. He's not what you think he is.”
Chavez claimed that Marquez won a tactical fight, citing that his fellow Mexican was able to take advantage of Pacquiao’s weaknesses.
“Pacquiao couldn't get to Marquez. Pacquiao would throw five or six shots, and then Marquez would make him miss and then counter. Marquez clearly won the fight,” he said.
Pacquiao escaped with a controversial majority decision over Marquez.
Chavez, who was recently inducted to the International Boxing Hall of Fame, said he was never impressed with Pacquiao's recent victories.
He said some of Pacquiao’s biggest wins were against overmatched boxers.
“He caught [Oscar] de la Hoya when he was finished. He had a good fight against [Antonio] Margarito, but he's slow. And [Shane] Mosley was finished," said Chavez.

as much as i like sergio he does need to stop calling out little manny and concentrate on the guys his own size. it's making him look a little bit of a dick calling out welterweights or jr middles; if he thinks of himself as the (in my opinion totally undeserved no.3 p4p) then he should be going for guys at middle or 168. if floyd or manny or cotto actually call him out and want to go up then fine, but otherwise deal with your own division. yeah it sucks that there isn't any big money names there but, ****, what can ya do?
