    So true. The money that De Gale was getting was utter madness considering he hadnt done anything.

    Frank having to make Groves v De Gale PPV just to make the fight is absurd considering where both guys were in there career at the time.

    Especially considering that there's absolutely zero guarantee that a successful amateur will be any good whatsoever as a pro.

    I'd be more inclined to sign a kid that has a Muay Thai background like Quigg, at least he'll know how to throw a punch properly, he'll understand the art of feinting and defence, and won't bounce around the ring like a string puppet.

    Plus he'd cost absolutely nothing, he'd be glad to be getting paid for his efforts :lol:

    Januarys never got a lot of fights.I mean anyone who subscribed to BoxNation expecting big fights throughout January obviously dont follow the sport closely.
    I mean go look through the month and tell me all the great fights that they could get

    theres never been a dedicated boxing channel, charging people 10 a month for, wait for it, boxing!

    this was meant to be new, to have great regular shows so you cant expect people to shell out a tenner, then serve them **** and tell them well what do you expect you should have known january would be ****

    What fights do you want them to get for January?They will have the Sauerland card from January 14 and I reckon the Kirkland/Molina & Morales/Garcia HBO card from Jan 28.What other fights are happening?
    They should have let December and January stay free IMO.
