Sure would enjoy seeing that ... but he'd get destroyed. He was terrible at the Thomas & Mack against an ancient BHOP. Joe looked like a more energetic fighter than BHOP that night but an incredibly less talented athlete. He would take a beating from Ward as he's not 44 years of age and no longer able to really move his feet to get in and out and side to side.

I'm sure that a 28 year old Ward could be talked into facing a 40 year old Calzaghe in 2012 for a nice payday. Could be easy work.

Joe would have a better chance with Carl. That would be a close fight if Joe could still make 168.

Carl vs Joe would never be close, not even today. Joe beat a yonger Bhop than todays Bhop, who would probably beat Ward.

    Agreed!:deal

Bute would beat him easily as well . . . the guy should stay on the sidelines with his worthless undefeated record before he gets hurt.

If he did comeback it should be against froch close fight but I think froch takes him with his blazing speed . . .ahahah

Prime Calzaghe beats Ward by a large UD.

Current Calzaghe should shutup and sit at home.

IMO Prime Calzaghe vs. Ward would be very, very, very competitive.
