    114-111 peterson

as much as i hate khan so much...khan was treated to some hometown cooking...those 2 point deductions was the difference...those push was not even damaging compared to a headbutt...

on that note bradley ud khan....

113-112 for Khan with the Knockdown being scored, draw in reality as no shots were landed.

I had Khan winning by a couple of rounds. Agree with the posters comment on needing to stop with that Pac hand raising crap!

Next he will be doing push ups between rounds to show he is ok........

I frick'in hate Khan's whining aswell but come on, Peterson was consistently leading with his head which could have lead to a potentially fight ending clash of heads, Khan was trying to avoid getting head-butted into submission but nothing a few uppercuts wouldn't have solved..... Given how fussy the ref was, he was being truely neutral & consistent then he should have docked points off Peterson aswell.

Ultimately, Khan is to blame for having zero inside game, but the ref was so biased it was beyond a joke. Lamont could have won without his help, o no he wouldn't have though would he.....

    I would have had it 114-114 had it not been for the -1 in the last round, making it a 10-9 for Peterson, thus;

    114-113 Peterson.

Only counted 1 KD in 1st round.

Come on. There were no headbutts. Peterson wasn't trying to blast Khan with his head, he was trying to get inside to pound away on the Khan's body. The head thing was just an excuse for Khan.

He had no answers for Peterson's plan B and had to either fight on the inside, which he did not do....... run, which he did........ or push, which he also did.

the people who voted for khan liked pitty pat punches that landed anywhere (glove, shoulder) and did not care if they were blocked at all. The give credit for khan for being able to get out of the way.

But when peterson landed, he landed with quality. much higher connect percentage than khan.

I dont understand why people think that this was a robbery.

    Quality vs Quantity.

IN this fight I preferred the quality.

Its being very generous to give Peterson 6 rounds, let alone 7.

I agree about quality over quantity. Although Khan did some good work himself, alot of his shots were pitter patter and were caught on Peterson's guard.

In fairness, most don't view this fight as a robbery, their real issue is with the ref.

I had it 6 rounds apiece. Each guy had three or 4 clear rounds. The remaining group can swing one way or the other. All depends on what you saw. I saw Peterson's body attack putting Khan into all out retreat and limited to trying to keep Peterson off of him by throwing lots of, but ultimately less effective punches. I can see how others might score Khan's activity and flurries.

the state of petersons face looking like the elephant man after the fight would suggest khan landed plenty of good leather just because one fighter has long hair = sweat flies off = punch looks flashier

remember it's hit and not get hit unless it's a non american vs american then it's running and spoiling

None of it matters khan will win a wide UD in the rematch.
