    It's obvious that the rematch is not going well in negotiations. He wants the loss to go down as an NC and an immediate rematch ordered. All imo of course.

    This is all a part of the negotiations for the rematch.

    If GBP can convince either sanctioning body to mandate a rematch then they can make Peterson accept a lower offer or vacate.
