If you were a SMW, fight Prime RJJ or Calzaghe?

Slaps are less painful than the shame of being KO'd unconcious by a prime rjj.

 

British stoppages are a joke. Not saying Joe wouldn't win all those fights, but half of the stoppages on the video are premature.

 

Depends how good I am suppose to be and how famous they were. If I were given world class boxing skills then I would gun for RJJ to boost my legacy but if I was a bum just collecting pay check with no hopes of winning, I'll still go for RJJ if he was more famous so I have a story to tell in my old age. If equal fame, I go for Calslappy 'cos less chance of getting knocked out and it might lengthen my career at being a bum for an up and coming fighters.

I've changed my mind, im gonna fight Calzaghe and beat him while laughing at his pity pat slaps. Its gonna be like Margarito-Cotto reloaded

Them pitty pat slaps would have you bleeding and crying in the corner after a minute at the most :good

 

Anybody who was ranked in the top ten in the last thirty years from MW on up would have you out in one round if they wanted to.

If it went any longer, it would be because they wanted to lay some hurt on your ass first.

 

Roy Jones Jr for the simple reason that me being knocked the **** out in spectacular style would grace an endless number of highlight videos from now until the end of time.

b-but im accustomed to spar with HW's much bigger than him, yeah always with headgear on, but if i can endure their hits couldn't i survive the slap happer assuming in gonna be inside my shell 99% of the time?

 

It'd be complete terror having someone with the athletecism and boxing brain of Roy Jones in front of me, he'd be in and out and throwing lead left hooks on me.

Give me slappy joe please, I'd be humiliated, but chances are, I wouldn't be knocked out.

 

big calzaghe fan but a prime rjj is much more dangerous than prime joe.

There is a major difference in level between amateurs and pros, and between sparring and real competition.


Unlikely, but possible.

 

I would Pick Calslappy because:

1) I would have to travel to England (and I have never been there)

2) RJJ would Knock me the **** out and could do some major damage, for Joe the Homecooking would stop the fight before I could land anything major.

3) I could land a couple of shots and made to look like a complete idiot

I would fight RJJ Because:

1) I could say I fought the best fighter in his era

2) even great fighters got clowned by RJJ so I could just join the club.

3) it would be a quick night so I would not have to train because either way I would get KTFO.

4) going to sleep against the best is better than getting ***** slapped for 12 rounds ( or by the time the ref was told to stop the fight)


I would fight neither because: I never really liked either one and I would rather fight the most skilled Middleweightish size fighter of that era (toney). I would get beat up and KOed but I would do it with a smile on my face

I would fight both: for the Money

In the end I would have to say Calslappy because it is less likely I would get hurt And the only person who would be watching or care about the fight would be bailey. bailey would make me an internet legend . . . I would be the greatest fighter to ever come out of Canada and greater than Bhop and Toney combined! If I fought RJJ i would be considered just another firefighter or policeman . . . etc.
