I don't think a fight with Ward brings in much money now honestly.. at least compared to Pac/May.. Do you really think Bute will fight him, not saying that brings in a ton of money for him either..?

agree to a certain extent....he's already tried to get the big names (mayweather/pacquiao) into fighting him and seems like it's going no where... since he isn't getting any younger, there should be a backup plan... either move up in weight or just keep cleaning out the division... life ain't fair. :deal :bbb

I think Floyd could beat him as well. But Ima guess Floyd doesn't share that sentiment. If he thought he could beat him, why not make it happen? WHy not press for it(of course his imopneding fight w/ Pac is certainly a reason, but it was always an option). I'm sure Floyd realizes how big a feat it would be for him to be the reaigning MW champ of the world. Be a huge feather in his hat.
