I think Howard could win, but something tells me that Jimmy wears him down during the stretch and wins a 15 round decision.
Don't see Jimmy getting to Howard to do enough damage to hurt him for a stoppage, but the only way Howard can win this is if he keeps Jimmy at a reasonable distance for the full fifteen and I can't see that happening.Jimmy would take a close verdict over the distance.
This Fight might be like Looking at Hearns Leonard - through Binoculars turned the wrong way round !? If Howard can Almost pull it off against Rosario, i think, Over 12 rounds, he can Hang on to a close Lead for the Win.
I could easily see Howard outboxing Jimmy, but over the distance at some point, Jimmy is going to close ranks, and that wouldn't be good for him.
