    Hopkins that far over Dawson? I guess that depends on how you feel about that fight.. I think Hopkins was looking for a way out, so I would have issues doing that myself.

    JMM and Paq/.. Both in the top 3?; I mean.. SOMEONE lost.. it doesn't matter which one you think it was, but someone lost. Its not very common that someone who recently lost stays within the top 3 P4P rankings

    The only other complaint I'd have is the Klits being rated as low as they are.. They barely lose a round.. if at all.. during their fights... But they are Heavys.. and most people show no love to Heavys in P4P rankings..

    I tend not to penalise HWs as much as some people when making P4P lists. Based on resume, I think Wlad has to be above Martinez. In fact, Vitali has a good case to be ahead of Martinez too.

    I think Donaire is clearly extremely talented, but I think his resume is currently overrated. He has the potential to cement a place near the top of the P4P list, but right now I think his elevation on the list is a little inflated. Ward has a better resume now.

    Good effort.

    I think Ortiz and Vitali are too high. Hopkins, Guerrero, Wongjongkam, Nisioka and Joyi are a little too low. Ricky Burns may also be too low, and I wouldn't have Maidana in there.

    Like I said, good effort tho.

    I felt Hopkins was trying to find a way out too.... but he didn't lose the fight.. if they fight again I think Dawson not only wins.. but KO's him... But Hopkins is still up there... Dawson is 20 so it ain't too bad.. He WILL beat Hopkins if they meet again...

    Manny lost that fight... but he won according to the judges so he can't drop out of the top two tbh.... JMM is super talented.. he deserves to be number three IMO.. i have no idea why RING has him all the way down at 6:huh

    First off great credit for this, must have required some thought and seems objective!!

    There are placement I disagree with of course but I won't go into too much detail. However, I do find it strange that you have Bad Chad 20 places above Pascal, who beat him not too long ago.

    Given the outcome of the Hopkins fight, all Dawson has done since then is beat a guy Pascal had already beaten twice!!

    My other point is that there's some less well known fighters/recently defeated fighters in the lower weight divisions that are far more proven then some of the rubbish in this list. Cleverly, Burns, Sturm and Golovkin should not be above the likes of Darchinyan, Agbeko, Montiel, Adrien Hernandez, Ulises Solis, Hernan Marquez etc.

    Well done though!!

    Great effort though.

    I always thought Martinez was ahead of both... especially since Vitali's lack of opposition lately.. but that's just my opinion.. I have them 7 and 8... I think that's pretty good.. although Wlad could easily go ahead of Ward to me.... and maybe Donaire.. so its very close.. But I think Vitali is lucky for most people including RING to put him in their top ten... He is a top five fighter (hard to beat) and probably won't lose to anyone while he still fights because no one can beat him.... but after he came back from that long injury, he really hasn't fought anyone outsids of Peter, Arreola, and Adamek.... and compared to Donaire Martinez and Ward's resumes- as of late-.. its hard to make a case for him to me, because we stack them up as if they were all the same size.. these guys are good, talented, have impressive recent wins, and decent resumes.. so I think Ward, Martinez, and Donaire can make cases against Vitali big time.. and against Wlad too, but not as much.. both brothers are talented tho in my eyes (as oppose to what other Americans normally say)

    I agree with most of what you said.. I thought about Montiel honestly, but he not only lost to Donaire, he lost to Victor Terrazas too.. and Darchinyan lost to Agbeko, Mares, and Moreno, so its hard to still keep guys around barring they could retire, might not fight again.. but I see what you mean... The more I think about it, Burns doesn't seem to belong.. but I think Golovkin and Cleverly are guys that normally prove their worth within just a fight away or so.. I think golovkin will definitely.. Hernan Marqeuz too is very talented but just keeps losing... But i see what you mean.. its obvious you understand boxing too.. which is a breath of fresh air after you see so much trolling on here


    I don't think Pascal is good at all lol... he has no ring IQ whatsoever.. but it is crazy that he beat the guy Dawson beat twice and beat Dawson... I just think there was so much talent that its hard to keep track of those things when organizing the fighters

    Only thing that I'd consider is putting Roman Gonzalez higher. His resume isn't the best, but he's a very good technical fighter and a big puncher who's been tearing through most guys at 105 and 108. I have him in my top 20, but I can understand if you want to keep him out until he gets a win over a bigger name (like Viloria maybe or somebody along those lines).

    Good list and effort, but I'd say Tarver is too high, I'd have Cotto below Bradley and Gamboa too.
