    Sorry I don't have a video but just watching DeGale in his European title fight and when they are on the inside he uppercuts himself in the face.

    It made me chuckle.

    You'd be surprised how many fighters have done that. I remember Zab Judah doing it a couple of times as well.

    i have done it shadow boxing trainer said really turn them up on inside so i did and hit my lip
