When you plead guilty, you ADMIT to the crime, because that's what the judge informs you of. I don't know why you're so thick about this fundamental procedure of the law. Oh well.

I have been involved in quite a few trials. As a witness and as a pro se plaintiff. So yea, I do know what I'm talking about.

 You know he could have pleaded no contest right? Why not that? Again, NOTHING you are providing is a retort to Floyd's ADMITTING to the judge his guilt.

And the judge didn't just say he accepted the guilty plea, he ADMITTED to grabbing her hair, twisting her arm, ALL in front of the kids WHO WENT TO GET HELP.

You can make all the stupid "Lance needs help...blah blah troll...law school...******..." **** you want. But ypo aren't providing ANYTHING but bull**** arguments that aren't even a part of this.

All you want to do is defend a women beater, so you convince yourself Floyd only admitted guilt TWICE to...to what again? :rofl:rofl:rofl

Doesn't make you a lawyer. And CERTAINLY not smarter then two high powered attorneys who could not get floyd off. But a ****in poster on a message board knows more about the law then two major lawyers.

All you are doing is perpetuating the floyd fanatic stereotype of ESB. :patsch

Holy **** Lance. Why are you so dense? Since you won't believe it if I say it, how about someone else explains?

In relation to why "no contest" pleas are not always the right solution:

"This may not always be an effective strategy, particularly if the person asserting innocence may also be facing civil court for behaviors for which he or she is pleading no contest. In fact, a no contest plea is often looked at as a plea of guilty by the civil court, and thus the person is likely to lose lawsuits in civil court that result from damages incurred by the alleged crime. The no contest plea does not keep the court from finding the person guilty. In fact it almost always results in conviction."

Are you getting your info from TMZ? There was no trial, so there was no opening statements, cross examination, nor any reason or quite frankly, an appropriate time for Floyd Mayweather Jr. to address the judge SAYING ANYTHING. I thought you would see that from my break down, but I guess you didn't.

Hey, since you know so much about the hearing, do you have a transcript?? :yep

What your problem is, due to your terribly simple understanding of court procedure in this country, is your lack of understanding that these two things aren't mutually exclusive. Floyd's plead to the charges are his admission of guilt. The judge reads EACH charge in detail, the charges that were in the police report, this is what happens:

The judge says: Do you, Lance_Uppercunt admit to the charges, that on the night of Yadda-Yadda, you assaulted Ms. Harris.

    Lance: I do.

Do you, Lance_Uppercunt admit to "striking Ms. Josie Harris multiple times about the face and head" and "twisting her arm" per the police report, dated, yadda-yadda.

    Lance: I do.

    Etc. etc.

There you go sir, you accepted the plea deal, THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY! :patsch

probably it's ok with your culture or you were raised-up in an environment where it's ok to hit a woman. what compounds it more is that floyd is a professional boxer.

nothing probably. a typical floyd fan who is in denial that floyd can do no wrong in their eyes. for them, floyd is a saint and all the others were ***** and is trying to malign floyd's good reputation.

look at them going at thread after thread, post after post trying to defend floyd.

just realized haters and *******s have never heard of any of the guys I mentioned and if so know next to nothing about them. they certainly haven't read up on past greats enough to even know this ****. they're fans of pac and haters of Floyd, not boxing fans.... anything non Pac related isn't something they know or care to know. They're infatuated with a man and will go to any lengths to defend his honor and offend anyone that poses a threat to him.
