No, its not that long, honestly imo, he will probably only serve 30 days based on good behavior. And, for all the people who have this obsession of him getting raped needs to have their heads examimned, I have never seen or heard this many men talk about a man getting raped by another man, smh.
It's not prison, it's local jail. He won't be treated like a dog in there. He'll probably get guards, food brought in, and plenty of privileges.

You should be more concerned about his mental status. Physically he's fine. If he's motivated enough he'll train however he can which might include situps, pullups, pushups, isometrics, etc. He doesn't normally eat healthy food as he's lucky to have such high metabolism. If Mike Vick can come out of prison and still perform at a high level....
