spot on. the reason why most people thought pac-marquez fight was robbery was because it was front and center of sports media and even casual fans were watching this fight.

I agree with this being the robbery of the year, i had Marquez winning 116-112

on the scorecards its not the most dominant performance in which a fighter was robbed this year but it was the most high profile bout in which the underdog suprised everyone when he was expected to be blown away in the first few rounds and didnt go down once

Marquez is a legend and one of my favourite boxers of all time and even i doubted hed pull it off given the weight advantage to pacquiao but he did.

I mean comparing the Lara and Chisora robberies are pointless because their opposition was no where near the calibur of Pacquiao

he didn't go down once coz he is too passive this time compared to the first two fights. watch the fight again and marquez played it safe the whole night aside from a couple of rounds in the middle part. this probably led the judges to award the close rounds to the more active fighter.

remember that the aggressor is risking more and in a very close rounds, this would sway the official judges vote.

He wasnt charging as much sure but most of the exchanges belonged to Marquez. he counterpunched the living **** out of Pacquiao that night and got robbed on all 3 scorecards.

was not even a robbery. A close fight is not a robbery. Disrespectful to the real robberies in boxing that happen way to often.

most of the exchanges? please watch the fight again. most of those shots were blocked. marquez committed more in the 2nd fight than this one. i understand that you guys prefer counter-punchers but he didn't exactly dominated those rounds.

It was voted robbery of the year since it was at a bigger stage. Therefore it increases it's importance.

I had Marquez beating Pac man 116-112, but if that's a robbery, then Helenius just stole all the gold from Fort Knox...THAT was a Robbery with a capital "R".

being the agressor does not matter. being the champion does not matter . I do not think Pacquiao landed the harder punches. I am ok with a 115-113 win for Pacquiao.

And btw my vcash is more proof that i do not know how to handle vCash .
I go all in on every fight. I put 1000 on Hopkins, 75 on Marquez, and have won last two bets with Cotto and Ward.

If you can teach me how to handle the amount of money i am betting i would be very greatful.
