First he would need to make his way to a mandatory position, which he can't do because he just keeps facing sub-par competition. If mandatory is what it takes, Welliver will achieve the #1 position in the ring. Even if he has to do that, which is not even close to what most K2 opponents have had to do, the road is short and sweet to #1 from WBC #6 and WBO #11. 1 or 2 big scalps and he is in. Bware Stiverne would be dominated for that WBC Silver title. Helenius is easy work as long as the territory is neutral. Tyson Fury is even easier work for Welliver if that can be made. If not though, Welliver is already on the short list. He's ready for any type of Mormeck or Chisora yeast infection. 10 days notice or less and Welliver will be in Europe to stomp somebody into the canvas. Welliver already qualifies for both brothers.
