Arum simply used Pac's cut as a way not to give Floyd control.

I think he was upset at the fact that Floyd had pre-booked a venue and date, prior to the Marquez fight (so it's not as if he did it because he saw a weakness in Pac).

IMO, Pac would have always been ready to have fought in May (and now they're saying April, so go figure).

It was a power play thing.
