Bute's promoter Interbox offered Stieglitz's team 500,000$ and all the German Tv rights. Thinking that the Romanian Tv rights for Bute-Miranda have been 116,000€ (150,000$) and for Bute-Brinkley 100,000€(130,000$), not knowing at what prices the German Tv channels are buying the Tv Airing rights for Stieglitz's fights , and considering that this is a unification bout I assume to be around 200,000$.

This totals a bit more than what Froch earned (600K) to fight Ward...

By the way, the fact that Andrade-George got delayed is being, I believe, underappreciated by all the SMW fans. This delay COULD be the key to a full unification, since Bute wouldn't get stripped before early 2013... he'll get more go-time because of a (potential) unification bout anyway.

My guess is that Froch will make around $2M for a Bute fight in QC.

Seems to me 70/30 offer to Kessler +TV $$ and all other stuff was close at least to the 3+ mil total that was intially claimed.

Bingo. Not super close, but hypothetically not too far behind that amount.

Sartison was WBA champion (thanks to some alphabet boy logic). He was later stripped because of a bad kneeinjury.

Yeah. They get their own money while Bute keeps Northamerican and world television rights along with the gate.

Sartison was the WBA "Fake" "Paper" champion and could not unify from what I know. Ward was the real WBA champ.

Weren't you the guy who was saying that Kessler was lowballed with the 3 mil offer ? Because he got like 7 mil against Calzaghe or something like that ?

I quoted Arum, Kessler and Sauerland for saying Kessler was lowballed yes.

I don't know how anyone can get 3M from the Ibox offer??

I said 5M for Kessler for the Calzaghe bout. Kessler's promotor got 3½M on top of that.

Bob Arum. I've quoted that several times here. I believe you where in those threads as well.

I don't remember Bob Arum saying anything about the live gate split or the World Wide Tv rights split. You like to talk out of your ass?
