    HMC is not the freak-show some people rate him as. The thing is, the fights people see him in are against Prime Fedor and CroCop, and he is by no means the only decent fighter to look cumbersome against them.

    Shaq is a legit 7'1"...I heard HMC's height was a bit stretched. I admit though I am not that familiar with him.

    I know this was aimed at Stoo but I picked the exact same dream match, whats your problem with that ?

    Prime Sakuraba was the top p4p fighter in MMA & he had run thru about 4 top Gracie`s at the time, Rickson was the legend of the Gracie`s, the best of the lot, I don`t understand why anyone would not want to see this fight.

    Sakuraba was practically unsubmittable at his best & was the top submission fighter in the sport, Rickson was the best BJJ fighter on the planet & unlike the other Gracie`s that Sak defeated was a very good wrestler & wasn`t outweighed by Sak.... this match from a technical grappling & strategic point of view, not to mention the never-say-die attitude of both men... is a dream match in every sense of the word.

    It would have told us everything we needed to know about Rickson Gracie for a start.

    Prime Chuck Liddell vs Prime Wanderlei Silva--their match up later in their career was awesome. It would have been 10X better if they met during their prime.

    Prime Shogun vs Bones Jones--It would have been a lot more competitive
    Prime Crocop vs Prime Arlovski
    Prime Fedor vs Prime Couture
    Nick Diaz vs Carlos Condit--could still happen:happy

    I did not mean that in the sense of addressing that specific fight. I was responding to Stoo who was ridiculing my Aoki-Crazyhorse fight by pointing out that Bennet is past his prime.

    That fight specifically is actually a great call. I did not know this wresting background about Rickson, but I would probably give prime Sakuraba the edge based on his experience of defeating similar type of fighters.

    Prime Shogun? Is he even 30 yet and your pulling the pride "shot" card. Bones knee in the first minute of that fight changed everything...not the "prime" crap that happens everytime a former pride fighter loses.

    He looked "prime" against Machida in their second fight didn't he?
