Among the Bute-stans there's some good stand up guys. FYI you are not among those.

That was a minor title, not the real one which counts for unification purposes. Just a 2nd order consolation award.

Yeah it was a bogus title, but could have given Bute some leverage for a Ward fight.

Well, it was not Bute who refuted the offer, did he?!
Anyway, the question was if the offer was fair, not if an eventual fight could have been useful to Bute (a different very debatable issue). The answer is more yes than no.

Kesslers no *****, but's it's clear to see that the real $$$ to be made was Bute.....about 2X what's he's supposed to get with Steiglitz.

If money was ever an issue:think:think:think:thinkBut we all know it has more to do with him desiring that WBO belt for more leverage with s6 winner or Bute and Steiglitz is obviously the weakest link to a bargaining strap and a 40% cut.:deal

The article I quoted is the one you linked in 'those threads'. Don't see Arum talking about world tv rights or gate revenues... anywhere.

Again... anywhere, in the entire article. :?

If I promote a fight, I sell the rights to tv my fight in your station. So if a German tv wants to buy the fight they need to buy it from Interbox in this case... so yes it's pretty good to give this right to the other guy. I guess you thought that the tv rights in Germany was already to Steiglitz dont you?

can anyone confirm that Ward got 900k and Froch 600k for Super6 final? if it's true you can't even call that lowball...it's what Rehab Pavlik said: peanuts.Maybe Interbox offers weren't that bad afteral.
