Roy Jones Jr. and Hector Camacho Sr. I'd go with Roy first because he showed such amazing speed in different ways. Extremely fast single lead shots, counters, combinations with power behind it, arm flurries, mixing up from head to body, five straight short left hooks in a row. I put Camacho above Taylor because Hector showed more variety in his speed. Single shots (see the first KD against Limon), the ability to throw really fast combos with power and leverage behind it, countering combos (see first KD against Loy). The guy outsped Howard Davis considerably.
Surely the most accurate puncher in history has to be considered to have "elite" hand speed. No meed to mention who that is.:smoke Of course he's temporarily tied up for a while.:yep

P4P you'll have to mention RJJ, Ali, Patterson, due to how fast they were for their size, but I'll go with the Macho Man :yep.
Maldrick Taylor is fast, but he s a small guy and speed is much more common there. P4P I would say one of these three: Tyson (his main force was not power, but blinding speed for a HW) RJJ (obvious why) Ali (also fast for a big guy)
Pacquiao- I have to watch his fights in slow mo just to appreciate his foot work, feints and flawless technique. I know alot of people say Pac has no skills, defense or footwork but they need to watch him in slow motion a couple of times to see what us Pac fans see, that hes the greatest to ever do it.
