Fact is that Kessler ducked Miranda and after more than a year lay of after a serious eye injury, he also ducked Bute....................

Bute is the victim here, he was to good to join the super six, and nobody dares travel to Canada to fight him........................and thats not fair...........Bute has already wins over Bika, Macgee and Johnson...!!!!

    Fact.

Damn , you're really desperate to make Bute look bad if you bring this shitt back in debate.

Kessler wanted Bute for his IBF
Butes team said he wasnt ready (pussies)
Now Bute thinks he can call the shots on Kessler
Kessler has every right not to fight Bute after Bute Ducked him.

At this stage of his career, Kessler's a walking injury. I seriously doubt he'll ever fight Bute or rematch Ward or Froch. He'll beat Stieglitz in April, get injured again, and call it a day.

This is Kessler - he got the first belt when, with out warning, jumped in to replace Mads Larsen, and therefor he was pushed into a Mandatory right away. Having a serious bag injury, he went down under and fought the best fight of his carrier v s. Mundine................

Kessler fought so many times with injuries........the guy wanted the fight, and didn't dare to call the fight off........Fighting Calzaghe and Ward away was brave but not wise....................

If Bute or Ward wants to fight Kessler - they have to come to Denmark - Kessler has earned that advanted...............:bbb:bbb

It depends strongly on what do you mean by "ducking". From what I see, it was a fair and honest recognition by his team that Bute felt unprepared for a 2008 match with Kessler: "They said Bute still needed at least a year to learn and develop and improve". They did not try to hide behind lame excuses - the main feature I perceive as real substrate of "ducking" someone.

Now?! Actually, that was more like some good months ago, when Kessler became available & active. For the moment, Bute expressed his willing to face Ward (even in Oakland), then the second choice is Froch (and it has a good chance of materializing).

Kessler did not ignore Bute, he discarded Interbox offer under the pretext it was a lowball 1 Krone joke. Arguably, it was not. Since then, Bute's team no longer put Kessler name on the priority list.

The only fact is just he probably won't fight Kessler in near future. That's bad for boxing fans.

Bute was a belt holder, if he wasnt ready then he never would have been.
Nobody can defend this stop trying.
Bute ****ed up by ducking kessler.
Most Bute fans seeing this would hold their hands up and say Bute ducked Kessler. Dont try to weasel this around and make Kessler the bad guy.

Definitely. Kessler's one of my favorite fighters of the last five years. He got shafted by the ref in Oakland (as well as got schooled by Ward, who I believe he took way, way too lightly), and his management/promoter has to be the worst of all time to allow that fight to take place in Ward's backyard. Kessler has always traveled for big fights and always fought with huge heart. If Kessler can miraculously stay injury free, he deserves a rematch against Ward in Denmark. Will never happen though.

I remember this. Anyone who followed SMW around 2008 would know this. Interbox didnt even try to hide it, but said openly that they were not ready for Kessler.

Honestly, Kessler should train more like Calzaghe.

Which means more cardio, technique and strategic plans. And not so much hitting heavy bags and sparring.

At the time, I did not hold it against Bute actually.

But if some Bute fans (I'm a fan, but I don't fool myself - Bute now needs to step up to the absolute elite) now deny that Kessler called Bute out and team Bute said they weren't ready then that is either because they are ignorant or liers.
